Staff Machine Learning and Bioinformatics Scientist (Fully Remote)

Lead development of novel statistical and ML methods for cancer signal detection on multi-modal genomic data. Build interpretable, well-calibrated models and drive methods from prototype to clinical validation. Collaborate with biologists and clinical experts, and mentor junior scientists. Qualifications: PhD in quantitative field with 6-12 years post-PhD experience. Expertise in deep learning, multimodal foundation models, and Python.
