Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Mandatory overtime)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

Assembled products and components by following work instructions, using hand tools and equipment, while ensuring quality and safety standards were met

In this role, you will partner closely with our customers to identify, contain, and help improve quality issues in the most efficient way possible.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive each day on time
Communicate with leadership quickly and effectively
Safely produces and/or assembles product by following written job Instructions and in accordance to training and instruction at various processes.
Primarily inspect and stack parts at end of line to ensure productivity, quality and quantity.
Operation Standard consists inspecting, stacking, packing, labeling and die change support
Other tasks such as Sort & 1st Mass Production inspector
Physical requirements are standing extended periods of time in one spot, squatting, lifting up to 35lbs., pushing, pulling, reaching (above head & below waist).
Check fixture, Gage & Press training completed and followed.
Can catch mistakes and defects before large volumes are produced
Set up and breakdown bolster according to procedures

Basic Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to maintain focus in repetitive or fast-paced environments
Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)

Work Environment

Manufacturing plants, warehouses, or industrial settings
