Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional states to identify concerns and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches throughout the engagement process, including planning, implementation, and ongoing assessment of treatment progress.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to a diverse array of clients, fostering a safe space for individuals of all ages to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships; build rapport to create a supportive therapy environment.

• Design personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress and evolving requirements.

• Accurately document client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, providing holistic treatment options in conjunction with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and valid Marriage and Family Therapist license issued by the State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy.
\n
• Proficient in the timely completion of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, showcasing strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous work experience with both children and adult populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
