Job Description
We are hiring for a Billing Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement. You will be responsible for a high volume of invoices and working in client portals. If you have at least five years experience, this could be a good fit.
Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
Create, adjust, and send out invoices to clients
Research and resolution of client invoice inquiries
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients
Produce monthly reporting on a timely basis
Requirements:
Five or more years of billing experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
Professional Services industry experience desired
Excellent communication and time management skills
