This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process supplier invoices in compliance with GAAP Prioritize invoice processing to take advantage of cash discounts Prepare and distribute supplier payments on time Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries Review and process employee expense reports Reconcile company credit card statements Assist the accounting team with month-end close and annual audits Work extensively with purchasing and receiving teams Process supplier purchase returns and credit memos Required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
