This role operates primarily in an outpatient office setting, offering remote counseling services to clients. As part of our outpatient team, you will conduct virtual or in-person sessions tailored to client needs, maintaining a flexible approach to scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that the approaches align with clients' circumstances and preferences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and caseload.
