Executive Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Schizophrenia Medical Product Lead

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director to lead global medical strategy and execution for schizophrenia products within psychiatry. This role oversees a medical strategy team, manages cross-functional collaborations, and directs clinical and commercial medical activities across major markets and regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop psychiatry schizophrenia medical strategy team overseeing global medical planning and execution
- Develop and execute worldwide medical strategy plans including product launches and ongoing commercialization
- Partner with cross-functional teams across medical, commercial, regulatory, and safety functions
- Lead regional medical affairs strategies and oversee congress strategies and field medical plans
- Manage medical data generation including Phase 4 planning, publications, and key opinion leader relationships
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD) in scientific discipline or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 10-15 years pharmaceutical development experience in life sciences or biopharmaceuticals
- Minimum 4 years medical affairs experience specifically in psychiatry
- Strong strategic thinking and understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
- Project and portfolio management experience with demonstrated analytical capabilities
- Proven leadership and people management skills in multicultural environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high-level negotiation abilities
Compensation: $254,530 - $308,434 base
