Job Description We’re looking for a talented and personable provider available in the St. Louis Metro East area. The essential duties and responsibilities of a SIHF Provider include providing the full scope of primary care services which fall under the field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance. Qualifications Ideally we are looking for an experienced Family Medicine practitioner with excellent communication skills. We will also consider new graduates with the desire to work in a community health care setting alongside other seasoned providers.
