Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established laboratory methods and guidelines.

Evaluate test results for precision, rectify discrepancies, and engage in preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as required.

Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.

Maintain a tidy, secure working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
