Calibration Technician needed on 2ndshift

We have an immediate need for a Calibration Technician to work at a local growing business performing calibrations on their clients’ equipment. The ideal candidate will havepreviouscalibration experience, but they are willing to train individuals with strong math aptitude who can work with decimals.Will working at a client location in Loves Park.This is a Direct Hire position.

Hours: 2ndshift 2pm to 10pm

Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour

Calibration Technicians Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot,repairand calibrate gage programs form customers
• Basic inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Workon new gages, CoordinateMeasuringMachines, bench micrometers, force gages, bench centers, hardnesstesters, lengthstandards, AMPmeters, multi-meters, oscilloscopes,frequencycounters,calipers, micrometers, handtools,power supplies,resistors, dial indicators, pressure gages,scalesand weights

Calibration Technicians Requirements:

• Previouscalibration experience preferred, but notrequired
• Occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
• Knowledge of mics,calipersand basic inspection protocol
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tool crib experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Valid driver’s licenseand own vehicle
