Work Environment This position is predominantly remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining essential connections with clients and colleagues. While the role allows for telehealth consultations, you will also have opportunities to collaborate in-person at our hospice center, providing a hybrid work experience that maximizes flexibility while ensuring face-to-face interaction when necessary. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, both virtually and in-person, to ascertain the needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly. Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care, to address a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care that may involve other healthcare professionals, families, and community resources, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies. Document client progress meticulously to track treatment effectiveness, maintain compliance with licensing standards, and ensure continuity of care through established electronic health record systems. Advocate for clients’ access to essential resources within the community, leveraging both virtual options and in-person outreach to ensure their needs are met. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with youth and their families who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often face unique life circumstances that affect their emotional and psychological well-being. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential as you work to connect with clients on a personal level, guiding them through their healing processes while addressing their specific needs. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with diverse populations effectively. Experience with telehealth platforms, showcasing proficiency in delivering care remotely. Ability to excel in both remote and in-person settings, balancing the two environments to meet client needs. Preferred Experience Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting with youth or diverse populations. Familiarity with electronic health record software to ensure efficient documentation and compliance. Evidence of continuing education in areas pertinent to mental health and social work practices. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
