100% ONSITE POSITION
Key Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Use LinkedIn, Clearancejobs, job boards, and ATS to find candidates
- Screen Applicants: Review resumes and hold phone chats to check technical skills and culture fit.
- Manage Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Guide Offers: Help negotiate salary offers and close candidates.
- Track Data: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate notes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience, with focus on tech roles. (WILL TRAIN)
- Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming languages, data, and engineering terms.
- Communication: Strong speaking and writing skills to talk with candidates and managers.
- Organization: Ability to manage many open jobs at the same time.
