Senior Account Executive

Contribute to the professional standing and profitability of the company by supplying customers with outstanding service and results, as well as meeting the performance standards of this role. Additionally, this role includes expanding our customer base through ongoing relationship development and satisfaction. Participation includes complying with all company policies, workforce strategies, revenue projections, systems mastery, and maintaining teamwork, reliability, professionalism, and work quality.

Essential duties and functions include consistently meeting and exceeding all performance standards set forth monthly and year to date, actively participating in an interactive, supportive and developmental team environment, actively servicing clients and candidates as required to secure temporary and direct hire placements, maintaining accurate attendance records, reviewing individual performance with leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, completing assigned ongoing training and development, prioritizing and planning daily, weekly, monthly activity blocks to meet Key Performance Indicators and Performance Standards, consistently performing current client retention actions and new client targeting actions to maintain and grow customer relationships, consistently performing recruiting and relationship nurturing actions to maintain and grow a qualified candidate inventory, complying with company policies, Quality Manual, Documentation Standards, and system procedures in the company-provided systems.

Preferred prior experience includes two years or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training, no more than two jobs (2 companies) in the recent two years, paid in a prior position on a commission or bonus plan, based on performance or goals.

Work environment and mental requirements include staying focused and productive when working onsite, in a team environment, independently or remotely, interacting with a variety of individuals positively and collaboratively, employing emotional intelligence during change management of procedures and policies and when receiving feedback, performing under pressure with conflict situations, multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and complex problems, exercising sound independent judgment in making suitable placement decisions and recommendations based on the requirements of the positions, responding with good judgment to negative or demanding customer and employee feedback, understanding, remembering, and following written, video, and verbal instructions, intelligence to learn new procedures and tools quickly and apply them accurately, communicating with and working in proximity to employees, clients, and candidates weekly, collecting and entering data in the assigned systems each day, comprehending and navigating digital information systems, files, and videos, participating in client meetings at their locations.

Communication skills include consistent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure, comprehensible.

Computer/system skills requirements include type 36 WPM, basic level in using MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook, current proficiency using the internet, current proficiency in navigating, documenting, and utilizing similar processing systems for Applicant Tracking, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.

Physical requirements include speaking 50%, driving 30%, lifting 2%, hearing 50%, repetitive motion 15%, carrying 5%, standing 15%, air & public transportation travel less than 5%, twisting 5%, sitting 70%, operating equipment 2%, bending 5%, walking 15%.

Paid time off accrues immediately at 2 hours per semi-monthly pay period for full time employees, and a prorated amount for part time employees based on the percentage of a 40 hour work week worked. Accrual increases with tenure at certain anniversary dates. The Company offers 11 paid holidays. The Company also offers a 401k program with an employer match, with employee contributions beginning the month following enrollment.

Pay Min: 25.84 - Pay Mid: 28.85 - Pay Max: 32.21 US Dollar Grade: S 06.
