Exciting contract opportunity is available for a supportive and skilled BCBA to work with two multiple disabilities units serving students in grades K-3. This assignment is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst interested in making a meaningful difference in a school environment, providing exceptional behavioral support to students and collaborating with a dedicated educational team.

You will step in as a substitute BCBA, playing a pivotal role for these young learners from now until mid-October. Your expertise will help maintain continuity of care, ensuring students receive the individualized support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience serving students with multiple disabilities, especially in early elementary settings, is highly desirable
• Ability to quickly build rapport and work collaboratively with educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data
• Train and provide consultative support to school staff within the units
• Work directly with students to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, therapists, and families
• Ensure consistency in behavior support services during the coverage period
