The Section head for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Clinic will serve as a clinical and administrative leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with TBI. This leadership role requires a physician with expertise in TBI who is committed to advancing interdisciplinary care, clinical excellence, and program development. The position combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical operations and long‑term strategic initiatives within the organization. Position Overview The Section head guides clinical strategy, ensures adherence to evidence‑based practices, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team that may include neurologists, physiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, rehabilitation therapists, nurses, and case managers. The individual plays a key role in shaping the vision and growth of the clinic, fostering innovation in TBI care, and improving patient outcomes through coordinated rehabilitation services. The role involves developing collaborations between relevant centers and departments, particularly Neurology and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
