This position receives general and direct supervision from the Customer Service Supervisor and the Sales Manager. Requirements Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) conversational and written. (Essential requirement) Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute several assignments simultaneously. Knowledge in Microsoft programs. Knowledge of modern customer service in a sales environment.
