This is a remote position based in Naperville, Illinois, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions in compliance with mental health regulations and organizational standards.

• Provide assessment and treatment planning for client cases, ensuring appropriate interventions are tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals in our network to share best practices and improve treatment outcomes.

• Manage client schedules and administrative aspects of care, supported by our dedicated staff that handles marketing, patient intake, and billing.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong written communication skills for effectively documenting therapy sessions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition into our organization.
