Provide comprehensive legal advice and services in transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. Develop and execute effective legal strategies in litigation cases from initial filing through resolution, including trial experience as necessary. Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs. Advise clients on business formation and compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor legal solutions accordingly. Manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex litigation matters.
