About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for NA Sales to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the SVP of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the business's rhythm, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring the sales organization operates with discipline and focus. This high-visibility role involves serving as a trusted advisor on strategic decisions, organizational design, and priority trade-offs, as well as preparing the SVP for various high-stakes meetings. The Chief of Staff will also lead the contribution to annual and quarterly planning, operationalize new go-to-market strategies, and diagnose performance gaps to develop and implement action plans. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have extensive experience in roles such as strategy consulting, investment banking, sales or revenue operations, GTM strategy, or business operations. A strong background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is advantageous. The role requires a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, and a deep understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue operations concepts. The ideal candidate will possess executive presence, exceptional communication skills, sharp analytical and financial acumen, and high emotional intelligence. They must be adept at building trust and driving alignment across various functions without formal authority, and demonstrate a bias for action and structured problem-solving in a fast-changing environment.
