Position Overview

At MLR, we are currently on the lookout for Senior Healthcare Talent Consultants. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Comprehensive Searches from candidate intake to final placement.
- Collaborate as a Client Partner, gaining deep insights into their hiring vision and organizational culture.
- Strategically Source talent using our innovative CRM/ATS alongside your own network and resources.
- Utilize Our Platform to effectively organize candidate management, track outreach efforts, and automate follow-ups.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting value for clients while rewarding you handsomely.
- Participate in Thought Leadership to grow both our brand and your own.
