Your Responsibilities

• Lead Comprehensive Searches from candidate intake to final placement.
• Collaborate as a Client Partner, gaining deep insights into their hiring vision and organizational culture.
• Strategically Source talent using our innovative CRM/ATS alongside your own network and resources.
• Utilize Our Platform to effectively organize candidate management, track outreach efforts, and automate follow-ups.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting value for clients while rewarding you handsomely.
• Participate in Thought Leadership to grow both our brand and your own.
