We are seeking General Production employees for a variety of positions on all three shifts. (position and shift availability will vary)

Starting Pay: $16.50/Hr. - With additional earning potential!

What You'll Do:

• Exhibit superior safety practices every day by outstanding housekeeping at all times.
• Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with courtesy and dignity shown to customers.
• Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.
• Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures.
• Secure proper tools for each task.
• Communicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation.
• Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member.
• Perform other assignments as may be requested.

What We Need From You:

• Following instructions, processes, policies and use judgement when making decisions.
• Job may require decimals and fractions.
• Drawings, formulas, measuring instruments and a variety of hand tools may be part of the required job.
• Job may require consistent heavy lifting - up to 70 pounds.
• Good attendance is required.
