Please Note: This is an onsite position and does not offer work-from-home, hybrid, or remote options.

While retail experience is valuable, it is not the type of experience we are seeking for this position. We are specifically looking for Call Center Specialists with experience handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be comfortable managing frequent customer interactions while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication skills. We use Excel, Microsoft Outlook, SAPB1, and an internal CRM.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to de-escalate calls with professionalism and empathy, and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
• De-escalate calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically
• Provide updates on repair status, shipping details, and order information
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
• Multitask efficiently while managing a high call and email volume
• Maintain knowledge of company services, warranty terms, and shipping policies
• Support sales and service teams by providing customer feedback and insights

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience preferred)
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required
