We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused CSR to join our team!
Pay: $19–$23/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for quick increases.
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Focus Areas
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and helpful communication.
- Phone & Email: Handle a high volume of customer requests.
- Scheduling: Book, adjust, and cancel appointments while working with dispatch.
- Follow-Up: Make sure customers and appointments are properly taken care of.
- Data Accuracy: Collect and maintain accurate customer information.
- Multitasking: Stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Follow company procedures and ensure information is entered correctly.
We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable learning new software
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
