Job Full Description We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in company systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
