$45,000 - $52,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of a diverse portfolio that includes both commercial and residential rental properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Track and record all income streams, such as rent payments, late fees, and utility charges, to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Efficiently manage payables, including taxes, mortgage payments, and vendor invoices, utilizing AppFolio software.

• Promptly and accurately collect receivables, leveraging AppFolio to streamline processes and enhance tenant satisfaction.

• Collaborate with property owners to provide clear financial reports and insights, fostering trust and transparency.

• Address tenant inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

• Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping practices to uphold the company's reputation for excellence in property management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping within the real estate industry, with a focus on property management.
• Proficiency in using AppFolio software for managing financial records and transactions.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties with accuracy and compliance.
