About the Role This position is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proven experience in accounts payable processing, preferably in a corporate or business environment. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Platform Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional communication skills and a customer-service-focused approach High level of discretion when handling confidential financial information Responsibilities Process and verify accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors and service providers through various payment methods. Maintain vendor files, including W-9s and updated contact information Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation to support audits and financial reporting. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with club policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls Support audits by providing documentation and reports as requested Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned This is an in-office position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Philadelphia Country Club
