Engage with potential customers through direct face to face contact Learn and promote Conquista Group’s services and products to meet client needs. Assist in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software. Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and development workshops. Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams for seamless onboarding. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
