This role supports data generation, equipment maintenance, quality activities, and laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM)What You'll Be Doing:Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelinesAnalyze routine laboratory data and verify results are within established quality parametersIdentify, document, and escalate unusual results or potential performance issues to senior laboratory staffPrepare laboratory reagents, buffers, and solutions required for testing activitiesCalibrate, maintain, and document laboratory equipment performance as assignedSupport quality investigations, deviations, corrective actions, and procedural updatesTrain and assist laboratory personnel on routine procedures and demonstrated areas of competencyCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support continuous improvement, safety, and 6S initiativesWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Some CAP/CLIA laboratory locations may require a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology)Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) License (Required)6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environmentProficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and analytical testing proceduresExperience working with laboratory automation systems or specialized laboratory equipmentOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Working knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEffective collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders and laboratory teamsKnowledge of laboratory safety, infection control practices, and hazardous chemical handlingProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelPhysical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
