Your next great chapter starts here.Job SummaryUnder the supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor, the Clinical Lab Scientist is responsible for specimen processing, test performance test result reporting, clerical and patient care support services with a high level of accuracy, precision and timeliness while ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory agency standards.What You'll Bring to the TeamCLS training in a USA program or if foreign trained, experience in a hospital based laboratory located in the USA.Ability to work well within a team environment.Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and professionally in English as well as follow verbal instructions with minimal supervision.Ability to work flexible shiftsStrong organizational skillsCritical thinking skillsProblem solving skillsBasic computer skillsLicensure and CertificationCurrent California CLS LicenseEducationBS/BAExperience1-2 years previous experience preferred
