Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler Job Description
Perform manufacturing operations including stent coating, crimping, sealing, packaging, and other assembly activities while handling small, delicate components requiring precision and fine motor skills. Conduct visual inspections under a microscope to verify product quality and ensure conformance to specifications. Engage in routine cleaning, sanitization, basic preventative maintenance, and equipment care activities.
Responsibilities

• Conduct stent coating, crimping, sealing, packaging, and assembly activities with precision.
• Handle small, delicate components using fine motor skills.
• Perform visual inspections under a microscope to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Engage in routine cleaning, sanitization, basic preventative maintenance, and equipment care activities.

Work Environment
The role operates within a small (12x30) cleanroom environment that is climate-controlled. Employees must follow cleanroom protocols, including wearing a gown, lab coat, shoe covers, and gloves. The majority of operations, about 90%, are conducted inside the cleanroom. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, working 8 hours. There are two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. Some availability on Saturdays is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
