Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join a collaborative and growing legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on complex litigation matters, build strong client relationships, and grow their own practice within a supportive and well-established environment. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, client-focused attorney with proven litigation experience and strong courtroom skills. This position offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to handle a diverse range of challenging matters in both state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Represent clients in Indiana state and federal courts. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development and the growth of a personal client base. Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to effectively manage cases. Qualifications 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense matters. Courtroom experience in Indiana state and/or federal court, preferably in defense litigation. Strong knowledge of Indiana Trial Rules, local rules, and court procedures. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated commitment to professional excellence and continued development. Ability and desire to develop a client base and expand existing relationships. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
