Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, integrating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of cognitive-behavioral techniques tailored to clients’ specific challenges and goals.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with departmental policies, including timely updates to clinical notes and progress updates.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, counselors, and educational staff, to create cohesive treatment strategies and support systems for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, employing de-escalation strategies and appropriate interventions that prioritize client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include students and their families encountering a myriad of emotional and behavioral challenges that affect their academic performance and overall quality of life. Whether addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment disorders, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license in Pennsylvania is mandatory to practice.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing outpatient therapy services in a clinical or school setting is essential.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating a self-directed approach to case management and treatment planning.

• Proficient in utilizing computer systems, including MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems, to streamline documentation and client management processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
