Serving more than 35,000 clients across 180 countries, we combine technology, regulatory expertise, and global services to improve compliance, safety, and operational excellence.As Registrar Corp continues to grow through organic expansion and acquisition, we are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and scale our people operations, talent programs, compensation strategy, compliance efforts, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team.Position Overview:The Senior Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function across a growing global workforce. This role provides strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution. The successful candidate will oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and HR operations.The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth and change environments and possesses both strategic business acumen and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives.Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management.Lead compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay transparency compliance, and market benchmarking.Manage annual compensation planning, incentive programs, and salary review cycles.Oversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and plan administration.Oversee recruiting and talent acquisition processes.Lead performance management programs and talent review processes.Implement initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and career development.Lead investigations, employee relations matters, and performance management support.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws.Maintain policies, handbooks, and employment practices that support organizational growth.Oversee HRIS administration and process improvement initiatives.Develop scalable people processes and reporting capabilities.Use data and analytics to support decision making.Support international employment operations and global workforce programs.Partner with business leaders on complex employment matters in multiple jurisdictions.Assist with integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational growth.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years progressive HR leadership experience.Experience supporting organizations with 200+ primarily remote employees across multiple states and jurisdictions.Experience leading employee relations investigations and complex employment matters.Strong business partnership and executive communication skills.Highly Preferred:Experience in private equity-backed organizations.Experience supporting remote and international workforces, using EOR and contractors.Experience with acquisitions and organizational integration.SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.Why Join Registrar Corp:Remote work eligibility in Virginia/North Carolina.
