This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys solving employee relations challenges, supporting leadership, improving workplace culture, and ensuring consistent HR operations across multiple warehouse locations.If you're organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Job OverviewThe HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Culture is responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations, supporting workplace engagement initiatives, and providing consistent HR support to operational leadership across multiple locations. This role partners with managers to resolve employee concerns, conduct workplace investigations, maintain HR documentation, coordinate engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of balancing employee advocacy with business needs while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage minor employee relations cases from intake through resolution.Conduct moderate workplace investigations as assigned by HR leadership.Maintain employee relations case logs and investigation documentation.Provide guidance to supervisors regarding company policies and employee concerns.Support corrective action processes and disciplinary documentation.Escalate complex employee relations matters when appropriate.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.HR OperationsServe as a frontline HR resource for warehouse leadership.Respond to manager and employee HR inquiries in a timely manner.Process termination documentation and ensure accuracy of separation paperwork.Maintain HR trackers, workflow documentation, and employee records.Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Assist with HR audits and recordkeeping requirements.Workplace Culture & EngagementCoordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.Support employee retention initiatives and morale-building efforts.Track employee feedback and identify workplace trends.Assist with company culture initiatives across all locations.Partner with leadership to improve the overall employee experience.Administrative SupportManage company purchasing requests and HR-related expenses.Maintain departmental documentation and reporting.Assist with HR projects and process improvements.Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience required.Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.What We OfferCompetitive biweekly salary.Benefits:Low -cost medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid vacation, sick days, and holiday pay.Employee discounts on company products.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Collaborative, fast-paced work environment.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company culture and employee engagement.Physical RequirementsFrequently required to sit, stand, and walk between office and warehouse environments.Occasionally required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.Occasional travel between company locations may be required.Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments as business needs required.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:Priority Tire is an equal opportunity employer.
