- The Delivery Excellence Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational performance and continuous improvement across the business.
- This position is responsible for analyzing delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of high-quality deliverables.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support the development and execution of process improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to monitor performance
- Partner with business partners and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness
- Assist in documenting standard processes, operating procedures, and reporting requirements
- Support root cause analysis and track action plans to closure
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive delivery excellence
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, process improvement, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or BI tools preferred
- Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without direct authority
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with KPI development, performance reporting, and operational metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
