Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes. Perform diagnostic evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care and progress. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies. Advocate for clients by educating families about available resources and support services. Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is preferred. Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively. Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing effective treatment plans. Knowledge of patient care standards and best practices in behavioral therapy. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative. This role is flexible as the BCBA will be hired to work a minimum of 20 hours per week but can work up to full time per their discretion and flexibility. The role allows working from home 2 days per week.
