Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for full-time entry-level positions in Clare, MI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as demolding, trimming, assembly, and general production activities.
Job Type : Full-Time
Hours : 1st and 2nd shift available
Pay : $16 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Demolding : Remove foam parts from molds after the curing process, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Trimming : Cut and trim molded parts to meet product specifications using various tools and machinery.
- Production : Operate machinery and production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Quality Control : Inspect parts for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Team Collaboration : Work with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
