Best of all, you'll do it your way — backed by proven training, lead support, and the growth mindset of a finely tuned sales operation.Enjoy a rewarding compensation & career advancement!Competitive salary of $50,000 PLUS uncapped commissions$20,000 minimum annual commissions – OVER $1,500 per month!Promotional opportunities as early as 60 days; $5,000 base salary increase + residuals + weekly sales bonusWhat We Do For You:Amazing wellness program including: Health, Dental and Vision coverage401K (with a company match)Cell phone allowanceMileage reimbursementGreat work /life balanceThree weeks of Paid Time Off your first yearPrimary Responsibilities:Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity and utility line protection.Use a consultative selling approach; increase customer's awareness of choice as well as competitive advantage over other energy providers; provide potential customer with pricing and effectively close the sale.Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience.Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.Preferred Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)Highly motivated to sell with a desire to succeedCustomer focused, results orientedTime management skillsProfessional demeanor and attireMinimum Education, Experience and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's licenseA good driving recordA reliable personal vehicleA uto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to an outside environment, which includes inclement weather. The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk; be able to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNote: Work hours vary by season. While Saturdays may be required if sales goals aren't met during the week, we prioritize a balanced work-life schedule.Work Authorization and EEOWork Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.Commission: This role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission.
