Leasing Representative Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Job Summary: The Leasing Representative is responsible for leasing buildings within the St. John Properties portfolio to new and existing clients as well as maintaining and servicing existing tenant relationships. Job Duties: Meet with new and existing clients on site to determine their space needs Make presentations to prospects and real estate brokers Prepare written proposals, leases, amendments, etc. Prospect and cold call for new lead generation Negotiate lease terms and conditions Understand real estate economics and market conditions Manage the lease process as the primary point of contact through space planning, construction and legal review Review vacant spaces and coordinate with property management to ensure properties are well positioned for success Work directly with the marketing team on creation of marketing collateral, events and targeted marketing campaigns Work with other SJP Departments to ensure clients' needs are met Maintain relationships with existing clients to promote renewal of leases Participate in networking, industry and community events outside of normal business hours Other duties as assigned Roles and Responsibilities: Leasing Representatives are sales professionals responsible for ensuring that our buildings are leased and generating the maximum possible revenue for our company. They work directly with our existing clients, potential clients, and real estate brokers to ensure high occupancy rates thorough the portfolio. They are the public-facing representatives of our company and must be articulate, professional and ambassadors of the company at all times.
