Email Marketing Specialist

Position Summary The North America Email Marketing Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and operational management of email and SMS marketing communications across the US, Canada, and Mexico markets. This role is responsible for building, testing, deploying, and optimizing high-quality email and SMS campaigns that support product launches, promotions, events, Customer engagement, and Brand Partner communications. This role is responsible for building, testing, deploying, and optimizing high-quality email and SMS campaigns that support product launches, promotions, events, Customer engagement, and Brand Partner communications. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities for this role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Email & SMS Campaign Execution Build and test email and SMS campaigns across North America markets. Implement campaign layouts, dynamic content, and personalization within email marketing platforms. Coordinate closely with Communications Specialists to ensure messaging accuracy and campaign alignment. Review campaigns across desktop and mobile devices to ensure responsive design and optimal user experience. Quality Assurance & Deployment Perform detailed QA reviews including links, formatting, personalization, rendering, tracking parameters, and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot layout, rendering, or platform-related issues prior to deployment. Help maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency, and brand presentation across all communications. Audience & Lifecycle Marketing Support Assist in managing automated communication journeys including onboarding, promotions, event reminders, waitlists, and lifecycle campaigns. Help improve customer and Brand Partner communication experiences through thoughtful journey optimization. Workflow & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Communications, Creative, Product Marketing, Compliance, Events, and Social Media teams to support integrated campaign execution. Help maintain organized workflows, templates, deployment calendars, and communication systems. Support ongoing improvements to email templates, modular systems, and operational processes. Qualifications And Experience 1-3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, or related roles. Experience building campaigns within email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, or similar systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Experience with QA processes and campaign testing across devices and platforms. Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools preferred.
