Operations Specialist (Level III)

We are seeking a precise and analytical Alternative Investments Trading and Operations Analyst to join our Alternative Investments team. In this specialized role, you will take ownership of the accurate execution and supervision of client trades, along with comprehensive fund-level reporting for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds. A core focus of our team is strict adherence to fund schedules and a meticulous attention to detail. Your daily responsibilities will span the end-to-end processing lifecycle, including back-office order entry, trade correction processing, document review (for subscriptions, tenders, transfers, and re-registrations), transactional break resolutions, and the instruction of fund-level money movements. As a critical safeguard for our operations, each team member also actively participates in a collaborative peer quality check and verification process to ensure flawless execution.

salary: $22.28 - $22.29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

The AI Trading and Operations Analyst is responsible for the accurate execution and supervision of client trades and fund level reporting for Hedge and Private Equity Funds. The team also reviews Client documents for subscriptions, tenders, transfers and re registrations. In addition, the adherence to fund schedules and attention to detail are a team focus. Processing includes back-office order entry, trade correction processing, trade execution, fund level reporting, document review, break resolutions and instruction of fund level money movements. Each team member is also responsible for performing peer quality checks/verification.
