If you are seeking an overnight position with a team of true professionals, apply today!ResponsibilitiesDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementMake sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stayProcess additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as requiredVerify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentagesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredPrevious hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not requiredFlexible overnight hours are requiredProficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desiredExcellent customer service and communication skills are requiredCompensation $15 - $17 hourly About Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area, an IHG HotelLocated on the Southwest Freeway, between downtown and The Galleria, Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area is a contemporary-styled hotel with innovative spaces and rooms for work-life balance.
