Genius AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide high-revenue customers from initial setup through full activation on our platform. You will partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Onboarding and manage the end-to-end journey for a portfolio of high-value accounts.
