Accounting ClerkLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with billing, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume transactions.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily billing activities for multiple locations.Review and bill previous day's tickets accurately and efficiently.Verify material pricing, freight charges, and transaction details.Code transactions to the appropriate division and location.Research and resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and corrections.Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure ticket accuracy.Manage high-volume billing across multiple locations.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoice processing.QualificationsPrevious accounting experience.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
