Soft Count Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly dependable Soft Count Supervisor to oversee daily drop and soft count operations for our vibrant casino floor. In this role, you will lead a dedicated count room team, enforce strict regulatory standards, and safeguard company assets while keeping operational workflow running smoothly.

salary: $45,760 - $46,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: Scheduled and managed count room personnel to guarantee optimal staffing levels and uninterrupted drop and soft count operations.

• Training & Compliance: Trained, evaluated, and monitored team members on strict handling procedures and regulatory internal controls to maintain maximum security.

• Hands-on Operations: Actively participated in the soft count process when needed to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.

• Security Coordination: Partnered with Surveillance and Security teams to ensure strict protocols were followed during count room openings and closings.

• Key Control: Managed the secure tracking, issuance, and return of sensitive count room and drop box keys.

• Access Control: Enforced Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) by strictly monitoring room access and maintaining required minimum staffing levels at all times.

• Financial Reconciliation: Reconciled soft count totals and financial reports against computerized system records and physical drop box documentation.

The essential functions of this role include:
