Healthcare Recruiter (Dietitian Hiring)

Role: Healthcare Recruiter (Dietitian Hiring) Location: Orlando, FL Type: Full-Time Join Nutritious Lifestyles and help connect exceptional healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities across the United States. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to support the recruitment of Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Interns, NDTRs, and other healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging candidates, and driving the hiring process from initial outreach through placement. What You'll Do Conduct high-volume outreach, cold calling, and follow-up with candidates sourced by our dedicated sourcing team. Screen and qualify healthcare professionals for opportunities nationwide. Build relationships with Registered Dietitians (RDNs), Licensed Dietitians (LDNs), RD2Be candidates, Dietetic Interns, and NDTRs. Educate candidates on career opportunities, benefits, relocation assistance, visa sponsorship opportunities, and professional development programs. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems, Basecamp, and recruitment trackers. Execute email, LinkedIn, text, and phone outreach campaigns. Partner with leadership and hiring managers to support recruitment goals. Ensure timely follow-up and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Who Should Apply 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, allied health, staffing, or talent acquisition. Strong phone presence and confidence conducting cold calls and candidate outreach. Ability to effectively discuss and recruit for RDN, LDN, RD2Be, Dietetic Intern, and NDTR opportunities. Understanding of dietetics credentials, licensure requirements, and healthcare qualifications preferred. Ability to learn and communicate the differences between RDN, LDN, RD Eligible, RD2Be, Dietetic Intern, and NDTR candidates. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
