Benefits Hybrid work environment Competitive compensation plus annual bonus opportunity Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase program Generous paid time off Stable, growing organization with strong financial performance Collaborative accounting team Excellent long‑term career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Prepare recurring and non‑recurring journal entries Maintain prepaid expense schedules and related amortization Perform balance sheet reconciliations Review and record daily cash activity Support payment processing and banking transactions Prepare monthly accruals Reconcile customer deposit accounts Assist with intercompany accounting activities Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Support quarterly and annual audits Maintain and improve internal accounting controls Partner with operational teams to research and resolve accounting issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of accounting experience Experience with month‑end close, journal entries, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid expenses Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills ERP experience preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
