To perform the essential functions of the business office and provide support to the Business Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Preferred: High school diploma and some college

Experience
Required: Accounting /bookkeeping experience or education

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential

Answers incoming telephone calls and transfers them to the respective departments and voice mails.

Prepares daily bank deposits.

Registers participants and accepts payments for department programs.

Accepts payments to member accounts. Makes changes to member accounts as directed.

Handles member complaints.

Balances daily sales transactions with deposit.

Maintains member files.

Types and distributes letters, reports and other documentation.

Files documentation.

Assists in accounts receivable collection procedures.

Assists in care, maintenance and cleanliness of department equipment and supplies.

Attends in-service and staff meetings as required.

Additional

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$19.59 -$29.39
