About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective tenants with property inquiries and schedule property viewings.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain relationships with tenants to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends to effectively advise clients on pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate or leasing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local rental market and property management practices.
