Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification, meeting state requirements
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, families, and students
• Familiarity with implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Skilled at adapting materials and activities to suit a variety of student needs
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising SLP in delivering direct and indirect speech-language services to students
• Support students in mastering communication, speech, and language objectives within classroom and small group settings
• Prepare therapy materials, document student progress, and maintain accurate records as required
• Modify activities and provide interventions to ensure accessibility for diverse learners
• Participate in program development, planning sessions, and parent communication, as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all federal, state, and school policies regarding student services
